At Inch Blue, we genuinely hope you are delighted with your order. However, we understand that there are times when you may need to return an item. Below, you will find all the information you need regarding returns, refunds, exchanges, and more.
Return Policy
Conditions for Returns
We accept returns on any item(s) within 28 days, provided they are in the same condition in which you received them. This means that items must be unworn and in their original packaging.

Proof of Postage
We highly advise customers to obtain proof of postage when returning goods. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for items that are lost in transit.
Refunds Processing Time
Once we receive the item(s) you returned, we strive to process your refund as quickly as possible. Typically, we aim to complete the refund within 5 working days of receiving the returned items. While the refunds are processed immediately on our end, please note that it may take between 1 – 10 days for the funds to reflect back in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
Exchanges
If you require a different size, style, or sole type, please return your original order for a refund as outlined above. Once your refund is processed, you can place a new order for the desired items.
Personalised Products
Please note that we cannot accept returns for personalised products. As these items are unique to you and your little one, we hold a firm policy in this regard.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will initiate a refund. However, if your order has already shipped, you will need to follow the returns process outlined above.
Faulty Items
At Inch Blue, each product undergoes rigorous quality control testing to ensure that they meet our high standards. However, if you encounter any issues with the quality of a purchase, please contact our Customer Service team before returning any items. Purchases Made Through Authorised Resellers
If you purchased your product from one of our lovely independent retailers, please direct your return inquiry to them. They should be your first point of contact for any returns.
