• Sunlight Exposure: Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, as this can cause colours to fade over time.
Care for Specific Materials
Suede
Use a suede brush on suede uppers and the soles to remove dirt or stains and re-fluff the pile. Caution: Do not use a suede brush on leather uppers.
Printed Designs
To maintain the integrity of printed designs, avoid dragging the leather uppers on rough surfaces. Clean with a damp cloth only, and steer clear of hand sanitizers and oil-based products that may stain.

Delivery on Inch Blue products
At Inch Blue, we take pride in handcrafted quality, which is why our shoes are made to order. While we don’t provide next-day delivery, we aim to process orders within 1-2 working days, Monday to Thursday.
UK Delivery Options
We offer FREE standard delivery on Inch Blue orders over £18, using Royal Mail 48 (untracked), with an estimated delivery time of 2-3 working days. For those who prefer a tracked service, Royal Mail 24 is available for £1.70 - £2.35, typically arriving in 1 day, however these are not guaranteed services and may take longer.

UK Christmas Delivery
Our last posting date is December 20th. Royal Mail delivery will take longer in the run up to Christmas, we cannot guarantee delivery times. Please don't leave it too late to order!
Orders placed on December 20th up to January 5th will be shipped the week commencing January 6th.
International Delivery
International orders start at £6.50, with varying delivery times based on the region. EU customers benefit from an IOSS-registered service, while orders outside the EU may incur local taxes or fees.
International Christmas Delivery
We will continue to ship up to December 19th however international delivery will take longer in the run up to Christmas, we cannot guarantee delivery times. Please allow a minimum of 14 days for international delivery.
Orders placed on December 19th up to January 5th will be shipped the week commencing January 6th.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 28 days, provided items are unworn and in original packaging. Unfortunately, we don't offer free returns; proof of postage is recommended. Refunds are processed within 5 working days upon receipt of returned items. For exchanges, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order thereafter.
